Gay Twitter Round-Up: Luigi's Perp Walk & Sexy 2020-2024 Transformations

Andrea Marks Joseph READ TIME: 4 MIN.

It's been a busy, busy week –filled with pop culture moments and people posting their accomplishments for the year. We've had a lot of fun on this app, thirsting over people and celebrating personal milestones. And so much has happened!

A very surprised person on TikTok learned who Sarah Paulson is dating, someone else got high and devised a chaotic trans program called Tits4Tips, and woah, could Sarah Michelle Gellar really be the iconic Taylor Swift fan who called in sick at work so she could attend the Eras tour? Here are the sexy, silly, super gay tweets that had us screaming this week:

Luigi Mangione continues to hold the public's attention, which all of society is showing by being equally outspoken about wanting his release and horny for the man who is accused of shooting a CEO. Though he remains innocent until proven guilty, the NYPD has made a big show of his extradition, an attempt at a show of force that turned into thirst trap central, not least because it was extensively photographed and filmed. Gay Twitter wants to know about his glam team, and we're all wondering how it seems that everything conspired to make him look even hotter during this perp walk.

As if all of that wasn't enough evidence, we present: Proof of how important and life-changing it can be to see hot queer and trans people online. We are so thankful for the photographers who create safe spaces for sexy people to flaunt their hotness to us all. Here, specifically, we're enjoying artsy and horny photos of "Elite" actor Aron Piper, confessions from past queer hookups, and photographic proof that rom-com stars Chad Michael Murray and Milo Ventimiglia are getting hotter as they age.

There's a viral end-of-year trend happening, where people share 'before and after' style photos that showcase how their bodies have changed over the last four years (from 2020 - 2024). Queer and trans people of course have the most satisfying results to share, whether that be celebrating their transitions or showing us the benefits of learning to let themselves eat more. (There's even a shady reply from "Canada's Drag Race" star Boa!)

We love showing off all the pop culture moments that make Gay Twitter what it is, and demonstrating its impact on the world (the internet) at large. This week's tweets have shown that queer people have been making history, and continue to make pop culture moments almost effortlessly. We can't stop thinking about the trans-affirming Tits4Tips' campaign, nor the bear calendar this sincere nature lover was searching for, and we certainly won't be able to unsee the "Christ" in Christine Barankski. We are still in awe of exactly how strong Brazilian pop star Ludmilla's core must be to show abs through her pregnant belly, and of course Troye Sivan's remarkable (and remarkably gay!) three-album run is one for the ages!

We're wrapping this up with a very important announcement about Nosferatu. You are so welcome.
